Working at a Christian Retreat and Conference Center: An Opportunity to Be Part of Something Greater

Spring is almost here, and while it might be a few weeks before things thaw out, we at Eddy Farm are busily preparing for our 2020 season! Winter was spent on renovations and collecting recreation equipment and gardening supplies. True, there was little downtime during our off season, but we’re looking forward to opening again because providing a sanctuary for prayer and reflection is our calling – one in which we’re eager to involve others. This March, we will be hiring across all departments and looking for applicants who are as passionate about spreading God’s word as we are.
Operating and maintaining a Christian retreat and conference center is a ministry. We provide a haven where the stresses and temptations of the modern would are left far behind. In doing so, we sacrifice our time, energy, and resources to the Lord. Our goal is not only to provide peace and solitude for worship, but to educate our fellow Christians as to how they can apply the word of God in all aspects of their lives. From married couples retreats and men’s and women’s conferences to financial planning seminars, we help people find God in themselves, their relationships, and their plans for the future. We can’t do it alone, though!
